Gumbo Gets a Cowboy Hat
I took Gumbo to the local May Days festival today. Judi is out of town, so I only took one dog and Gumbo drew the long straw. While we were there, he spent his allowance on a cowboy hat. He loves it. He says it makes him look like John Wayne.
After this picture and video were taken, I realized it looks much better if it is moved forward on his head, but I didn’t get any images of that. He says he wants to rope cats. I tried to tell him it was steer that cowboys rope, but he insists on roping cats

HAHA, thanks Lahni. He got lots of attention at the fair. He is truly a Poodle of the People. I hope all is well with you and your family. Show us some recent photos of Killee when you get a chance.

you guys, Reagan loves being in the center of attention! We took him to the 4th of July parades to march with my dad (who is running for office). He was a bigger star than my dad in all of the parades! We put a campaign shirt on him, and everyone loved him!
