Brother # 6 is hanging with me this week!
Hi, Gumbo and family!
 This is Killee! My parents talked to Ken and Leslie yesterday to make sure Maggie Moo made it to a good home. As you know, she has. However, that call changed my life! While talking to Ken & Leslie, Ken mentioned they still had the final baby of the litter — Ricky — and were wondering if I needed a brother for company. Well, they invited Mommy and me over for a little playtime [I even got to see Daddy Max and Belle (Weimeraner) again!] Ricky came to my home to spend the night. We’ve been playing and having fun all day today.Â
Mommy and Leslie spoke this afternoon, and they are going to give Ricky a few more days to hang out with me. If he gets to stay, Mommy and Daddy have suggested “Apollo” for his new name — isn’t that the coolest!?! Achilles and Apollo — the Poodle warriors!
Gumbo, Ricky looks and acts just like all of us — red headed and good natured. I’m having so much fun showing Apollo {I mean, Ricky} around our house and yard. I keep telling him we’ve gotta continue to be good so Mommy and Daddy will let him stay. I’ll let you know how this week goes. Right now, we’re “raxing” on the floor while Mommy sends the email on the good news.Â
I’ll send pix of Ricky aka Apollo after Daddy fires up the digi camera when he gets home. Hey, when are you coming to Big D? Can’t wait to meet you one day!

So we’ve found Gumbo, Killee, Reagan Red, Maggie Moo, Dallas and Ricky. One brother left to go! We hope to hear his story one day so we can reunite completely!

Cool!
You get to hang with your brother, that is awesome. I hang with Creole. She has been bigger than me until about a week ago. I am officially taller than she is, but she is still faster and more agile than I am. She is more of the athletic type and I am nothing but a lover! I would rather hang with Dad and Mom than play in the yard, but I still do play and get my exercise.
I am not sure how much I weigh. We will get me weighed in the next few days. I am 40 pounds if I am an ounce and I still eat like a horse.
Dad calls me a poop machine. I guess that’s true!
We’ll get that way someday Killee and we will chase a cat. I LOVE chasing cats. I would only play with them if I ever catch one, but I have yet to catch one. We don’t have any cats, but the neighbors do and once in a while when I go in the yard there is one out there. MAN…that is fun!
